The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply and deliver 65,000 gallons of #2 Diesel fuel (dyed for Off-Road use) via mid-stream transfer to the fuel barge of the USACE Dredge Goetz fleet. Fuel delivery shall be on August 26, 2021 at Buffalo, Iowa. No Biodiesel or Biodiesel Blends will be accepted Fuel will be delivered to: Dredge Goetz Fleet via a mid-stream fueling at Buffalo, IA (River Mile - 473). This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. Quotes received after the solicitation close time and date will not be considered for award. AMENDMENT 0001 has been added to the solicitation. This amendment increases the quantity of fuel from 60,000 gallons to 65,000 gallons. Please acknowledge the amendment by completing blocks 15A, 15B and 15C of the Amendment SF30, and including the document with your quote.
