The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to replace the Green Lake Boat Ramp, approximately 3 miles north of DeSoto, Wisconsin. Project includes removal and disposal of existing pre-cast concrete planks; furnishing crushed rock for level base; and supplying and installing new pre-cast concrete planks. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete this work. Performance and Payment Bonds are required only if the contract price exceeds $35,000. It is strongly recommended that prospective offerors visit the site prior to submitting a quote. All work shall be completed by 30 November 2021. Offeror shall be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ), which should result in one firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is not an invitation for bids (IFB) or request for proposals (RFP).
