The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for a contractor to power wash, caulk and stain the Gull Lake Office building, at the Gull Lake Chain of Lakes in Cass County, MN. The shop/office building is a cedar sided metal building with a metal roof. The building is 100 feet long, 40 feet wide, and is sided on all four sides with cedar siding that is approximately 12 feet high. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238320, Painting and wallpapering. The SBA size standard for this NAICS is $16.5 Million. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. No CD's or hard copies of the solicitation will be available.
