The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District is seeking firms to enter into indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Real Estate Title Services. The work to be done consists of furnishing and delivering Tract Ownership Data (TOD), Interim Binders (Preliminary Title Policies/Commitments to Insure), Intermediate Certificates of Title (Updates or Continuations), Endorsements, Copies of Supporting Documentation (i.e., trusts, wills, etc.) and Final Title Policies (Final Certificates of Title). Work will be issued and authorized by Delivery Orders. The guaranteed minimum value for this contract is $1,000 per each option period (1 year) for a maximum of five years. The maximum value of this contract shall not exceed $450,000. Work will take place within the geographic boundaries of the USACE St. Paul District, which includes portions of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota. In accordance with FAR Part 52.204-7(b)(1) Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.SAM.gov) to submit an offer.
