The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for a contractor to remove the existing two-lane boat launch ramp and adjacent asphalt and install a new two lane boat launch ramp, concrete cast-in-place apron, accessible sidewalk with a new aluminum floating dock in the same location at the Gull Lake Recreation Area. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Gull Lake Dam is located adjacent to the City of East Gull Lake approximately eight miles north of Baxter in Cass County, MN. All work shall conform to local, county, and State laws and codes. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract with a completion date of October 31, 2021. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238120; Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 Million. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. The solicitation is an RFQ issued under the authority of FAR Part 13. It is recommended that Vendors review the Submittal Instructions on page 12 of the solicitation prior to submitting their quote.
