New ducting and balancing on the 2nd floor of the office building revealed that the return duct was stepped down in size causing a restriction of air volume. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract with a completion date of October 15, 2021. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238220; Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 Million.
