This requirement is for weekly Perishable Subsistence orders to support the Dredge Goetz crew for the 2021 dredging season which runs from mid/late April or early May 2021 through December 2021. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Dredge Goetz barge, based out of Fountain, WI, dredges the Mississippi River from Minnesota to Tennessee, and is in need of subsistence for the dredging crew. This procurement requires furnishing and delivering subsistence to locations up and down the Mississippi River. Subsistence consists of, but is not limited to, deli meats, cheese, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh spices, bread, and dairy products, as well as dry and canned goods. Perishable subsistence (groceries) will be ordered throughout the dredging season. Perishable items (fresh produce, vegetables, bread, dairy, and deli meats) are typically ordered on a weekly basis throughout the dredging season. The delivery days and sites are coordinated with the Dredge Goetz and may occur Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Dredge Goetz travels the Upper Mississippi River, from Minneapolis, MN to Memphis, TN.
