AMENDMENT 0001 issued to increase CLIN quanttites The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to provide custodial maintenance services at Pokegama Dam Recreation Area. Pokegama Dam & Recreation Area is located near Grand Rapids, Minnesota, in Itasca County. The campground pronounced "po-KEG-uh-muh," offers 19 family sites and one group day-use shelter with electric hookups. Two primitive tent-only sites are also available. Amenities include flush toilets, showers, drinking water, a dump station, boat ramp and playground. Work consists of: (1) Garbage Collection and Disposal (1 May – 16 October). (2) Shower and Restroom Custodial Services (1 May – 16 October). (3) Office Building Custodial Services (1 May – 30 April). (4) Fish Cleaning House Custodial Services (1 May – 16 October). (5) Picnic Shelter Custodial Services (1 May – 16 October). The contract will be for one year, with four additional option years, exercisable by the Government. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation.
