The work site is located at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Cross Lake Recreation Area, which is located at 35507 County Road 66 in Crosslake, MN. All work is to be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and according to County, State and National Safety Standards. The contractor shall supply all equipment, labor and materials required to clean the existing pipe so that they can furnish and install a resin-impregnated flexible felt tube inserted or inverted into the existing pipe using hydrostatic pressure. Curing shall be accomplished by an approved method that shall produce a hard, corrosion resistant, composite pipe with no annular space between the cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and the existing sewer. The existing sewer line is approximately 290 feet in length and 8 inches in diameter. It is the responsibility of the contractor to determine the correct liner length and size and additional materials prior to bidding.
