New furnaces have been installed and it is necessary to update the current ducting to improve air flow. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract with a completion date of June 1, 2021. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238220; Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 Million. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. No CD's or hard copies of the solicitation will be available.
