This is a non-personal services contract to provide Automated Fee Machine installation and service at 5 locations within the St. Paul District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items and non-personal services necessary to provide, perform installation, set up, training, testing, and system support of five (5) automated fee machines (AFM) as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. AFM shall allow a payment of $5.00/vehicle day use fee, $20.00/commercial day use fee, and $40.00/USACE annual pass fee. Visitors shall be able to pay by credit or debit card at the AFM. No cash or coin will be accepted by the AFM. This system type shall provide management reports for auditing and enforcement. Delivery, complete programming, installation, spares kit, back office system support, and training for personnel on upkeep and usage of the AFM shall be included.
