The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District (MVP) has a requirement for a contractor to supply and provide all equipment, labor, supervision, and materials necessary to construct, according to codes, 3 seasonal full hookup campsites within the park at the existing Leech Lake Dam. The construction site is located adjacent to the town of Federal Dam in Cass County, Minnesota. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238910; Site Preparation Contractors with a size standard of $16.5M. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. This synopsis is not a request for quotes (RFQ), proposals (RFP), or in an invitation for bids (IFB). This is a pre-solicitation notice indicating that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for the award of one firm-fixed price contract is intended to be issued via Contract Opportunities at beta.SAM.gov (formerly FedBizOpps/FBO.gov) in the near future.
