The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District (MVP) has a requirement for mowing and lawn maintenance services at Gull Lake Dam and Recreation Area adjacent to the city of East Gull Lake in Cass County, Minnesota. The work includes lawn mowing, trimming and optional leaf removal services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730; Landscaping Services with a size standard of $8M. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. This synopsis is not a request for quotes (RFQ), proposals (RFP), or in an invitation for bids (IFB). This is a pre-solicitation notice indicating that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for the award of one firm-fixed price contract is intended to be issued via Contract Opportunities at beta.SAM.gov (formerly FedBizOpps/FBO.gov) in the near future. The specifications will be detailed in the solicitation once issued.
