The St. Paul District is looking to solicit a soil sampling Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract. The contract would support the districts geotechnical requirements by providing soil sampling on a per task order basis. Due to the requirement for labs to test undisturbed soil samples the Corps will deliver the samples to the lab and the lab must be located within 50 miles of the Corps MVP District Office, 180 East 5th Street; St Paul; MN; 55101. Firms looking to quote on the contract will need to be USACE Validated, https://mtc.erdc.dren.mil/testinglabvalidation.aspx, for all of the listed tests prior to contract award. Corps validation can take up to 90 days, and the Corps is looking to award the contract no later than April 30th 2021.
