The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply and deliver 60,000 gallons of #2 Diesel (dyed) for Off-Road Use to the Dredge Goetz Fleet at Fountain City Service Base, Fountain City, WI. The entire quantity shall be delivered between 0700 and 1530 on Thursday, November 12, 2020. Fuel will be pumped onboard a floating barge capable of holding 69,000 gallons of fuel. The fuel barge is owned and operated by the USACE and annually inspected by the United States Coast Guard. The USACE fuel barge will be manned and controlled by two Government employees during transfer. The transport trucks will be responsible for all transport truck activities and have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge. NO BIODIESEL or Bio-Diesel Blends will be accepted. Offeror shall quote PER GALLON prices for Off-Road #2 Diesel. Price shall include delivery, and any required fees. Unit pricing (per gallon) may have a maximum of 3 numbers after the decimal point (Example: $x.xxx is acceptable, $x.xxxx is not acceptable) OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
