Articulating Lifts at lock 4 Dewatering The articulating boom shall have a minimum platform height of 60’ and a minimum horizontal reach of 36’. The platform shall be 8’ wide and shall be capable of lifting up to 500 lbs. It shall be four wheel drive, shall have an engine block heater, a diesel engine and have a minimum of a 2500 watt generator package with outlets to the platform.
