The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply and deliver a flat bottom 16 ft workboat, 40 HP motor, trailer and accessories. The boat shall be comparable to a ‘1648’ style Jon Boat with a 40 HP, 4 stroke motor and compatible trailer. Please see the solicitation SOW for full specifications. Please see Attachment A for details on the configuration of storage on boat. Please include a cut sheet or other documentation of the boat, motor, and trailer that your firm is offering with your quote. Documents must clearly demonstrate that the equipment meets the salient characteristics in the SOW. Quotes submitted without documentation showing that the equipment offered meets specifications may not be considered for award. The boat, motor, trailer, and accessories shall be delivered as a complete package. Motor shall be fully installed, and ready to use upon delivery. OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
