The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement a contractor to provide tree planting targeting canopy gaps and multiple option years of spot spraying and plantskydd application on areas totaling approximately 10 acres within a 378 acre stand on US Army Corps of Engineers (COE) owned land near Prairie Island, MN. Services to be rendered include mapping out canopy gaps and providing GPS coordinates to the center of the gaps, use of herbicide to control reed canarygrass (Phalaris arundinacea) and other herbaceous vegetation, planting bareroot tree seedlings and additional spot spraying around tree seedlings and applying Plantskydd on planted seedlings. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract, and will be awarded as a base period plus two option periods with the base period beginning on or around 07/15/2020 through 06/30/2021 and the following option periods from 07/01 through 06/30. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730, Landscaping Services. The SBA size standard for this NAICS is $8.0 Million. This solicitation shall be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Please see the submittal instructions within the solicitation.
