The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District requires purchase and installation of: -Install Automatic flush retrofit kits on 6 urinals; and 17 commodes in all of the Districts restrooms. *Urinals require GPF 1.0; Rough-in = 11.5; spud coupling = 1.5, inlet size = 1 IPS Sensor range: 6 to 12 inches *Commodes require GPF 1.28 Rough-in = 11.5; spud coupling = 1.5, inlet size = 1 IPS Sensor range: 8 to 15 inches -Install Automatic faucets 22 total on all District sinks located in bathrooms, break and copying areas. (13 bathroom faucets and 9 break room faucets) *13 (Thirteen) Bathroom sinks shall be Mid-arc with a flow rate of 1.5GPM (Bathroom sinks are 4 "on center) *9 (Nine) Break room/copier room sinks shall be High-arc with a flow rate of 1.5 GPM (Break room/copier room sinks are 8" on center) (See listing below of locations and counts of each restroom/break room requirement) **No electrical will be needed as all units shall be battery operated. ***Shut off valves are located for sinks, commodes and urinals at each location Contractor shall be responsible for removal and disposal of fixtures currently in place. Work Experience: Contractor shall have a minimum of 3 years of documented experience doing same or similar work. Work will be competed in building located at: 180 5th St E, St Paul, MN 55101 (A site map of room locations will be provided at time performance.) SITE VISIT A site-visit (Not mandatory, but recommended) will be held on 30 June 2020 at 9:00 A.M. to review project and answer any additional questions.
