The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District is seeking to rent two (2) construction-type scissor lifts meeting specifications (listed in SOW) which include: Minimum 39 foot platform height Platform at least 6 ft wide, capable of lifting 1,500 lbs Equipment shall be less than 2 years old at start of job Vendor shall provide routine maintenance and support in event of a breakdown during rental period The rental period will be from 12 November 2020 through 16 April 2021 Quotes containing restrictions on the number of hours of use will be rejected. Quotes must include equipment specifications (i.e. cut sheet) demonstrating that equipment being offered fully meets the Government’s requirements. No rental deposits will be tendered. OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs) sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. AMENDMENT 0001 to the solicitation has been posted. This amendment changes the lift platform capacity requirement from 2,000 lbs to 1,500 lbs.
