The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a contractor to supply and install roll-in galvanized steel boat docks at Lake Ashtabula, and remove and accept as trade-in existing boat docks. The contract will have a base quantity of two docks, each 6 ft wide x 32 ft long. There are options for five (5) additional docks, between 32 ft and 48 ft in length. The Government will exercise options at the time of contract award. Offerors shall offer a trade-in value for each existing dock, which they will be responsible for removing from the site and disposing of. Offerors must quote a price for ALL items. Offerors are highly encouraged to perform site visits to each dock location, including examining the docks being offered as trade-ins. Site visits will be unsupervised and without the assistance of Government personnel. The brochure for Lake Ashtabula – Baldhill Dam and the maps included in this Statement of Work show the location of each site. OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses.
