No Biodiesel or Biodiesel blends will be accepted. Fuel delivery shall be in small quantities of 1,000 to 4,000 gallons. Deliveries shall begin March 23, and continue until the full amount is delivered, not more than 30 days. Fuel shall be delivered at Locations to be determined (TBD) along the Upper Mississippi River in Pool 10, between Lock & Dam #9, and Lock & Dam #10. Please quote the PER GALLON Unit Price. Unit pricing may have a maximum of 3 digits after the decimal point. OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. Quotes received after the solicitation close time and date may not be considered for award.
