The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks a contractor to supply and deliver 52,500 gallons of #2 Diesel (dyed) for Off-Road Use. The fuel shall be transferred to USACE Fuel Barge #9511 at the Brennan Marine dock, south of 816 Bainbridge Street, La Crosse WI. No Biodiesel or Biodiesel Blends will be accepted. All deliveries shall occur on one day, to be determined (TBD), between Monday, April 13 and Thursday, April 16, 2020. Contractor will be given at least 48 hours notice of delivery date. The fuel barge will be manned and controlled by two Government employees during the transfer. The transport trucks will be responsible for all transport truck activities, and have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge. OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
