The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District (MVP) has a requirement for janitorial services at the Fountain City Service Base (FCSB) in Fountain City, Wisconsin (Buffalo County). Services include but are not limited to daily janitorial and cleaning duties. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 561720; Janitorial Services with a small business size standard of $19.5M. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. This synopsis is not a request for quotes (RFQ), proposals (RFP), or in an invitation for bids (IFB). This is a pre-solicitation notice indicating that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for the award of one firm-fixed price contract is intended to be issued via Contract Opportunities at beta.SAM.gov (formerly FedBizOpps/FBO.gov) in the near future. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all other requirements will be detailed in the solicitation once issued. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Quotes will be due approximately 14 days from the date the solicitation is issued, however, the 14 day time frame is an estimate and subject to change.
