The approximate area to be seal coated is 29,000 square feet. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation and materials necessary to complete this work. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract with a completion date of no later than August 31, 2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238990; All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 Million.
