The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a qualified contractor to perform annual inspections of the Seatrax pedestal-mounted lattice boom crane on the USACE Barge Leonard (Hull 9801). Inspections shall be in accordance with Section 16 of the USACE Safety and Health Requirements EM385-1-1, applicable ASME Standards, OSHA regulations, and manufacturer recommendations. Inspector shall be NCCO (National Commission for Certified Operators) certified and have a minimum of five years experience inspecting this type of crane to OSHA and ANSI standards. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) will result in the award of one (1) firm-fixed price contract for one year's inspection, with options for an additional four years' inspections, exercisable by the Government. Inspections for future option years will be at locations to be determined (TBD). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Solicitation. Offeror must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management), to include FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications.
