The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to provide snow removal and sand/salt services for the access roads to Eau Galle Recreation Area, near Spring Valley, Wisconsin. Contractor will plow 2.4 lane miles and apply sand/salt to 0.52 lane miles of road. The two lane access roads will be maintained at a minimum width of 24 feet. Contractor shall provide services 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, including holidays. Contractor will self-deploy when conditions meeting SOW requirements warrant. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, which should result in the award of one firm-fixed price contract for services performed, paid in arrears. The contract shall be for the remainder of the 2019-20 winter season, and will have four options, exercisable by the Government, for future seasons.
