The following is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for custodial services at the USACE Gull Lake Recreation Area. The Contractor shall furnish maintenance services and supply required materials in order to maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the areas specified. On-site work performance will be required seven days a week including holidays from 1 May through 16 October. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract for a one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year options, to be exercised at the Government’s discretion. See attached solicitation W912ES20T0014 for description of services to be performed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720; Janitorial Services, with a size standard of $19.5 million. This requirement is set aside 100% for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns. No CD's or hard copies of this notice or the solicitation will be available.
