The following is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for Fee Collection Services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) Blackhawk Park Recreation Area. The Blackhawk Park Recreation Area is located near Desoto, Wisconsin in the county of Vernon. This requirement is for the contractor to furnish all labor, fuel, transportation, and supervision for the collection of camping fees and additional user fees at Blackhawk Park near De Soto, Wisconsin. In addition, the contractor is responsible for registering campers and visitors, posting reservations, maintaining campground status reports, manning the entrance stations, cleaning the entrance station at Blackhawk Park and completing a complete tour around the campground prior to each shift in order to locate and contact campers who have not yet registered and paid. The resulting contract shall be for a base year and one (1) option year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561120; Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $41.5 Million. This shall be solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation due date is 02/07/2020 at 12:00pm CST. No CD's or hard copies of the solicitation will be available. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to receiving an award, have an active SAM account, and have the Representations and Certifications (FAR and DFARS) sections completed prior to award.
