Scope of Work for Subchapter M Vessel inspections Perform gap inspection with accordance to Subchapter M regulations on seven towing vessels owned and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District. Surveyor Qualifications: The Marine surveyor shall be accredited by either the National Association of Marine Surveyors (NAMS) or the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS) and have at least 5 years of experience in commercial marine plant and equipment. The Survey organization will provide demonstrated experience with Subchapter M audits and surveys within the past 5 years. This demonstrated experience shall be submitted with the quote in order to be eligible for award. In addition the Survey Company will have professional engineers (P.E) conduct the required inspections and audits on the below towing vessels. The demonstrated experience must be submitted for review with the offer.
