The St. Paul District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE), has a requirement for the delivery of 30,000 gallons of #2 dyed off-road diesel fuel (NO BIO-DIESEL). This requirement is to supply fuel for the Dredge Goetz and its supporting equipment via mid-stream fueling. The Dredge Goetz fleet will be operating in Buffalo, Iowa starting October 24/25, 2019. The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide the fuel. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 324110; Petroleum Refineries, with a size standard of 1,500 employees. This procurement is set-aside 100 percent for small business. This synopsis is not a request for bids, quotes or proposals. This is a notice that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for the award of one firm-fixed price contract is intended to be issued via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) in the near future.
