All equipment will be delivered to the Eau Galle Recreation Area, Spring Valley, Wisconsin within 180 days of contract award. The loader must meet or exceed salient characteristics in the solicitation SOW, which include: ? Dimensions: Length (without bucket) 72”, Width 32” ? Rated operating capacity: 500-lb. rated lifting capacity ? 22 HP air cooled or liquid-cooled diesel engine ? Emissions Compliance- EPA Tier 4 ? Ground Speed- 3.5 mph ? Transmission- Hydrostatic track drive system ? Hydraulic Pressure- 3,000 PSI ? Hydraulic Flows- 10 gpm ? Loader Arms- Radial, Hinge Pin Height-70” ? Rubber Tracks- at least 10” wide (Actual width of tracks may vary +/-1”) ? Tracks shall exert no more than 5 psi ground pressure ? Operator Platform The contractor shall supply the following attachments, meeting all specifications in the solicitation SOW: ? Standard Bucket- General Purpose, 36” width ? Root Grapple - 36” Wide Grapple ? Standard Auger - Width- 12” Diameter Quotes must be accompanied by literature (e.g. cut sheets) sufficient to demonstrate that the equipment and attachments offered fully meet all salient characteristics in the SOW. OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
