The Harpers Slough island complex was built after award of contract W912ES14C0015 on September 24, 2014. The anticipated magnitude of this project will be between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project will be 237990; Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a size standard of $39.5 Million. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract. The solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. No CD's or hard copies of this notice or the solicitation will be available.
