This project is located in Devils Lake North Dakota, just south of Highway 2. The work consists of excavating approximately 2 feet in the existing 17th Street Ponding area for a total of 26 acre-feet of excavation. The excavated material will be disposed of on nearby City property. The site is to be top-soiled and seeded following excavation. A small lift station will be required and consists of an approximately 15"manhole, two 1250 gallon per minute electric pumps and a discharge line across the 17th Street levee/roadway. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this project is 237990-Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $39.5M. This is a Small Business Set Aside Procurement Payment and Performance Protection is required in accordance with FAR Part 28.

This project is located in the City of Devils Lake, North Dakota, just south of Hwy 2. The work consists of excavating approximately 2 feet in the existing 17th Street Ponding area for a total of 26 acre-feet of excavation. The excavated material will be disposed of on nearby City property. The site is to be topsoiled and seeded following excavation. A small lift station is required which consists of an approximately 15' manhole, two 1,250 gallon per minute electric pumps, and a discharge line across the 17th Street levee/roadway. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000; the contract will require 100% performance and payment bonds.
