Work includes but is not limited to minor clearing and tree removal, excavation and placement of riprap, sand and geotextile as well as bituminous bike path restoration and re-seeding. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 237990; Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5M. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000; the contract will require 100% performance and payment bonds. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns.
