The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to provide two (2) Cummins 6CTA 8.3 T2 marine engines. Engines shall be zero-hour, remanufactured, rated at 270 HP @ 1800 RPM with a continuous/uninterrupted rating. Engines will be used to repower a motor towing vessel equipped with the same model of engines. Installation will be performed by Government employees. Engines must therefore be identical in configuration, fit and performance. This is a name brand specific RFQ. Please do not submit offers for any other type of engine. This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation. Firms of any size are invited to submit quotes.
