Delivery will take place on September 19 and 20. Offeror shall quote PER GALLON prices for Off-Road #2 Diesel. Price shall include delivery, taxes, tariffs, and any required fees. No Biodiesel or Biodiesel Blends will be accepted. Unit pricing (per gallon) may have a maximum of 3 numbers after the decimal point (Example: $x.xxx is acceptable, $x.xxxx is not acceptable) OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. Quotes received after the solicitation close time and date may not be considered for award.
