The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply and deliver Off-Road (dyed) #2 Diesel fuel to the USACE Crane Barge Wade at locations to be determined (TBD) on the Mississippi River near Princeton, Iowa. The contract shall be for 5,000 gallons of Diesel, delivered in quantities of 1,000 - 4,000 gallons per delivery. Delivery shall begin on 11 September 2019, and will continue until the full quantity of fuel is delivered - No later than 16 October 2019. Delivery will be coordinated at least 24 hours in advance with the on-site supervisor. The contract will have two (2) options, exercisable by the Government, for supplying 2,500 gallons of Diesel. Fuel will be transferred by straight truck with fuel nozzle-type capabilities to a floating USACE fuel barge, manned by two Government employees. Transport trucks will be responsible for all transport truck activities, and shall have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge. Offeror shall quote the PER GALLON prices for Off-Road #2 Diesel Prices quoted shall include delivery, any required fees, and any applicable taxes. OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
