The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for embankment scour repairs at Lake Winnibigoshish Dam Recreation Area. The Lake Winnibigoshish Dam Recreation Area is located in Itasca County Minnesota, 17 miles northwest of Deer River MN off Itasca County Highway 9. The site is an USACE managed facility utilized by the public. The address is 56636 County Road 9, Deer River, MN 56636. Work will consist of the following: Add additional riprap on the northeast embankment, upstream side of the dam, remove a stump on the embankment slope, and grout a void beneath the surface of the grouted riprap. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation and materials necessary to complete this work. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract with a completion date of no later than 60 days after contract award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The size standard for this NAICS is $39.5 Million. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. The solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) No CD's or hard copies of this notice or the solicitation will be available.
