The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for a contractor to provide and install standing seam hidden fastener steel roofing that will support a future solar panel installation on the main office building located within Blackhawk Park near Desoto, Wisconsin in the county of Vernon. Work will consist of the following: removal of the existing asphalt roof, installation of new felt, hidden fastener standing seam steel roofing panels with steel ridge cap, rake trim, hip flashing, closure strips and related materials and hardware as necessary to complete project. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation and materials necessary to complete this work. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract with a completion date of no later than November 29, 2019. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238160, Roofing Contractors. The size standard for this NAICS is $16.5 Million. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. The solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) No CD's or hard copies of this notice or the solicitation will be available.
