F... The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply and deliver 5,000 gallons of #2 Diesel, dyed for off-road use. No Biodiesel or Biodiesel blends will be accepted. Fuel will be delivered in quantities of 1,000 to 1,500 gallons per delivery. Delivery locations are to be determined (TBD) along the Mississippi River between Lansing, Iowa and Reads Landing, Minnesota. Delivery shall begin 14 August 2019, and will continue until the full quantity has been delivered, no later than 25 September, 2019. Deliveries will be coordinated at least one day in advance. Offeror shall quote the PER GALLON price for Off-Road #2 Diesel fuel. Price quoted shall include delivery, any required fees, and any applicable taxes. OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
