The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to perform mechanical and chemical treatment and control of woody invasive species (primarily common buckthorn) on three treatment areas totaling approximately 79.9 acres on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers property in Buffalo County, WI. The treatment area is southwest of Nelson, WI and northeast of Wabasha, MN. Contractors shall submit with their quote a list of anticipated pesticide applicators in their employ and a copy of the applicable credentials for each individual. Offeror shall be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation, including all FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications sections. Contractors are highly encouraged to conduct a site visit before preparing a quote.
