The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract with a completion date of no later than 9 November 1, 2019. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors. The SBA size standard for this NAICS is $15.0 Million. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. The solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) No CD's or hard copies of this notice or the solicitation will be available.
