The contractor shall supply all equipment, labor and materials necessary to install closed cell spray foam insulation to the ceiling and interior walls of the existing cold storage bay at Gull Lake in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and local building codes and remove the old and install a new high-efficiency furnace in the adjacent shop bay. Approximate square footage of walls needing spray foam insulation is 850 square feet.The contractor shall remove the existing natural gas hanging furnace in the adjacent shop bay and supply and install a new vented natural gas fired unit heater which is capable of efficiently heating the entire 1600 combined square feet of the existing cold storage bay and the already insulated shop bay.
