The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all parts, materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation and performing all work as required by the contract. The contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all the existing, florescent lighting and replace with new LED lighting in strict accordance with the specifications, building codes and the National Electric Code. The office building currently uses fluorescent lighting in the two offices, lunch room, shop, sign storage, and sign shop. The building requires approximately 46 new LED fixtures with bulbs to be installed.
