This is not a solicitation, this is a Sources Sought announcement; we are looking for contractors capable of the following requirement: Delivery and installation period - 31 Aug to Sep 15 Supply and install two used oil heating furnaces with the following capabilities tank stand mounted used oil furnaces rated at 350,000 +- 10,000 BTU's per/hour input. The building (located in Fountain City, WI) where the furnaces will be installed is approximately 40X100 with 16' walls. Furnace specifications: Minimum 340,000 BTU's per/hour input Must have a single pass heat exchanger Must have heat exchanger without a target wall required Installer must be a licensed tank installer, as per State of WI Department of Commerce Workbench tank must be UL listed, 250 gallon tank with furnace mounting stand Minimum 8' floor to furnace clearance Class "A" rated chimney Contractor shall supply and install 2 wall mounted programmable thermostat for furnace control The Government will provide the electrical and compressed air connection to the furnace The offered furnace must be in compliance with WI State and Federal regulations governing used oil furnaces
