The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply 60,000 gallons of #2 Diesel fuel (dyed for off-road use) to the USACE Dredge Goetz fleet. Delivery will take place mid-stream at or around UMRM 473, Buffalo, Iowa. The full quantity of fuel will be delivered on Monday, July 29, 2019. Fuel will be transferred mid-stream to a floating fuel barge owned and operated by the Government. No Bio-Diesel or Biodiesel Blends will be accepted. Offeror shall quote the PER GALLON price for #2 Off-Road Diesel. The price quoted per gallon shall include all delivery fees, surcharges and any applicable taxes. OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
