The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply and delivery 5,000 gallons of #2 Diesel (dyed for off-road use), with an option for an additional 2,500 gallons. Delivery will be in smaller quantities between 1,000 and 4,000 gallons, at multiple locations to be determined (TBD) between Guttenberg, Iowa and Dubuque, Iowa. Fuel will be transferred by straight truck with fuel nozzle type fill capabilities to a floating USACE fuel barge, manned by two Government employees. Transport trucks will be responsible for all transport truck activities, and have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge. Offeror shall quote the PER GALLON prices for Off-Road #2 Diesel Fuel. Price quoted shall include delivery, any required fees, and any applicable taxes. OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
