The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply and deliver 5,000 gallons of #2 Diesel fuel to the USACE Crane Barge Wade. Delivery will be in smaller quantities of between 1,000 and 4,000 gallons, at multiple locations to be determined (TBD) along the upper Mississippi River between Guttenberg, Iowa and Dubuque, Iowa. Delivery will begin on July 3, and continue until the full quantity is delivered, no later than August 14, 2019. The contract will include one Option for delivery of an additional 2,500 gallons of #2 Diesel fuel, to be exercised by the Government at any time prior to August 14, 2019. The transport truck operators will be responsible for all transport truck activities, and must have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge. Offeror shall quote PER GALLON prices for Off-Road #2 (dyed) Diesel Fuel. Price shall include delivery, and any required fees. No Biodiesel or Biodiesel Blends will be accepted. Unit Pricing (per Gallon) may have a maximum of 3 numbers after the decimal point (Example: $x.xxx is acceptable; $x.xxxx is not acceptable) OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. Quotes received after the solicitation close time and date may not be considered for award.
