The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District is seeking a contractor to provide asphalt paving services for parking lot expansion at the Winnibigoshish (Winnie) Dam Recreation Area, Deer River, Minnesota. The contractor shall supply all equipment, supplies and manpower to prep and pave an addition onto the Winnie Dam Day Use parking lot, prep and pave the Winnie Dam Campground shower building parking lot and prep and pave a radius on the entrance road and exit road according to the specifications. The Winnie Dam Recreation Area is located 17 miles northwest of Deer River, MN off of Itasca County Highway 9 in Itasca County Minnesota. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, under NAICS code 237310. The size standard for this NAICS is $36,500,000. This solicitation is a request for quotes (RFQ).
